Terms of Service
Last updated: 14 July 2026
1. Overview
This website and online store are operated by SOURCEMOST AUSTRALIA PTY LTD (ABN 70 619 336 248) under the trading name Taste Relax Space. In these Terms of Service, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Taste Relax Space and SOURCEMOST AUSTRALIA PTY LTD.
These Terms apply when you access our website, create an account, place an order or use any related service. They should be read together with our Privacy Policy, Return and Refund Policy and Shipping Policy.
Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any guarantee, right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded, including rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
2. Eligibility and account information
You must be legally capable of entering into a contract to place an order. If you create an account or provide information to us, you must provide information that is accurate, current and complete. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity carried out through your account, except to the extent caused by our act or omission.
3. Product information
We take reasonable care to describe and display our products accurately. Colours and appearance may vary slightly because of lighting, photography and screen settings. Measurements may be approximate unless stated otherwise.
Product specifications, compatibility, installation requirements and inclusions should be reviewed before purchase. We may update product information or discontinue products, but changes will not affect an order already accepted unless we contact you and you agree to the change or the change is required by law.
4. Orders and acceptance
Placing an order is an offer to purchase. An order is accepted when we issue an order confirmation indicating acceptance, subject to successful payment and product availability.
We may decline or cancel an order before dispatch where there is a genuine pricing or listing error, suspected fraud, payment failure, stock unavailability, delivery restriction or other reasonable operational issue. If we cancel an order after payment, we will refund the amount paid for the cancelled item or order to the original payment method.
Please review your order carefully before submitting it. Cancellation requests are handled in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy.
5. Prices, GST and payment
Prices are displayed in Australian dollars. Unless clearly stated otherwise, displayed consumer prices include GST where applicable. Delivery charges and any applicable bulky-item or regional charges are shown separately at checkout before payment.
We may change prices for future orders without notice. A price change will not affect an order already accepted. If a material pricing error is discovered before dispatch, we will contact you and give you the option to proceed at the correct price or cancel the affected order for a refund.
You must be authorised to use the payment method provided and must supply accurate billing information. Payment services may be provided by Shopify or another third-party payment provider and may also be subject to that provider’s terms.
6. Shipping and delivery
Shipping charges, delivery areas, estimated timeframes, large-item conditions and delivery issues are explained in our Shipping Policy. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed, but we will take reasonable steps to dispatch and deliver orders within the timeframe communicated to you.
Risk in a product passes to you when it is delivered to the delivery address or received in accordance with your authorised delivery instructions. This does not limit our obligations or your rights where a product is lost, damaged, faulty or otherwise fails to meet a consumer guarantee.
7. Returns, refunds and consumer guarantees
Change-of-mind returns are handled under our Return and Refund Policy. The conditions applying to a voluntary change-of-mind return do not limit rights relating to faulty, damaged, unsafe, incorrectly described or otherwise non-compliant products.
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Depending on the circumstances and whether a failure is major or minor, available remedies may include repair, replacement, refund and compensation for reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
Any 12-month or other express warranty offered by us is additional to, and does not replace, rights and remedies under the Australian Consumer Law. Consumer guarantee rights may continue for a reasonable period after an express warranty has ended.
8. Installation and site suitability
Products requiring plumbing or electrical work must be installed by suitably qualified professionals and in accordance with applicable Australian requirements, product instructions and local conditions. Before purchase and installation, you are responsible for checking relevant dimensions, setout, services, access and site suitability, with professional advice where appropriate.
Unless expressly included in the product listing or order confirmation, the purchase price does not include installation, plumbing or electrical services, removal of an existing product, modification of the site, unpacking or disposal of packaging.
Damage caused by incorrect installation, misuse, unauthorised modification, unsuitable site conditions or failure to follow supplied instructions may not be a product fault. This does not limit any right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded.
9. Intellectual property
The website and its content, including our brand, logos, text, photographs, graphics and design, are owned by or licensed to us and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may view and use the website for lawful personal or business purchasing purposes. You must not reproduce, publish, modify, distribute or commercially exploit our content without prior written permission, except where permitted by law.
Taste Relax Space names, logos and slogans must not be used in a way that suggests endorsement or affiliation without our written permission. Third-party names and trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.
10. Third-party services and Shopify
Our store is hosted and powered by Shopify. Purchases from this store are made from us, not from Shopify. Shopify and other service providers may process information or provide payment, hosting, analytics and other functionality subject to their own terms and privacy practices.
The website may contain links to third-party websites. We do not control those websites and are not responsible for their content, availability or separate transactions. Please review a third party’s terms before using its services.
11. Privacy
Our collection and handling of personal information are described in our Privacy Policy. Shopify may also process personal information to provide and improve the platform. By using the store, you acknowledge that information may be processed by service providers in Australia and other countries in accordance with applicable privacy requirements.
12. Reviews and feedback
If you submit a review, photograph, suggestion or other feedback, you confirm that you have the right to provide it and that it is accurate and lawful. You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce and display that feedback for operating and promoting our business, subject to applicable privacy law.
We may remove content that is unlawful, misleading, abusive, infringing, contains personal information without permission or is otherwise inappropriate for the store.
13. Prohibited use
You must not use the website to break the law, infringe another person’s rights, transmit malicious code, interfere with security or operation, obtain unauthorised access, collect personal information unlawfully, submit false information, impersonate another person or engage in fraudulent or abusive activity.
We may restrict or suspend access where reasonably necessary to protect the store, customers, Shopify or third parties, investigate suspected misuse or comply with law.
14. Errors and availability
Information may occasionally contain an error or omission relating to descriptions, pricing, promotions, shipping charges, delivery times or availability. We may correct errors and update information. If a correction materially affects an order already placed, we will contact you and provide an appropriate option, which may include cancellation and a refund.
15. Service availability and liability
We do not guarantee that the website will always be uninterrupted, secure or error-free. We may maintain, update or temporarily suspend parts of the website where reasonably necessary.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for loss that was not reasonably foreseeable, was not caused by our breach, or resulted from your misuse of the website or product. Any limitation in these Terms operates only to the extent permitted by law.
Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies liability, consumer guarantees or other rights where doing so would be unlawful. Where a law permits liability to be limited, our liability will be limited only in a manner permitted by that law.
16. Indemnity
To the extent permitted by law, you are responsible for reasonable loss suffered by us or a third party to the extent caused by your unlawful use of the website, infringement of third-party rights, fraud or material breach of these Terms. This section does not require you to compensate us for loss caused by our own negligence, breach or unlawful conduct.
17. Suspension and termination
You may stop using the website at any time. We may suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary because of a material breach, unlawful conduct, fraud, security risk or legal requirement. Termination does not affect rights or obligations that arose before termination, including obligations relating to accepted orders.
18. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales and the Commonwealth of Australia. The parties submit to the courts and tribunals having jurisdiction in New South Wales, subject to any right a consumer has to bring a claim in another jurisdiction under applicable law.
19. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms by publishing a revised version on the website. Changes apply from the stated effective date and do not retrospectively alter an order already accepted unless required by law or agreed with you. Where required by law, we will provide notice of a material change.
20. General
If part of these Terms is found to be unlawful or unenforceable, that part will be severed or limited to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue to operate.
A failure or delay in exercising a right is not a waiver of that right. These Terms and the policies referred to in them form the agreement relating to use of the website and purchases from the store, together with any specific terms shown in an accepted order.
